  •  Emergency Roof Repairs

We provide a call out service to deal with storm damage or other emergencies. We can undertake temporary work to protect your property from further water ingression. We can then do a more detailed assessment, to help you with any insurance claims and get your roof fixed. Our company has many years experience of dealing with Insurance Companies, Assessors, and Loss Adjusters.

With our speedy professional approach to our business, you can rest assured we will get your property back watertight and secure with utmost efficiency and minimal disruption.

  •  General Roof Maintenance

We also undertake the following general roofing maintenance work:

  • Replacement of damaged tiles / slates.
  • Lead work repairs / replacements - to valleys, flashings, bay roofs, box gutterings.
  • Ridge tiles re-pointing / rebedding.
  • Chimney stacks, pots, ventilation and bird guards. - also re-pointing, flaunching.
  • Remedial of all general roofing wear and tear.

Our experienced roof surveyors will call out and inspect your property to advise of all necessary maintenance work. We follow this up with a full professionally prepared report and quotation. ALL TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE.

 

  •  Flat Roofing

Our Flat roofing services include stripping, re-decking and re-felting, new flat roofs and extensions to existing roofs. We quote for every eventuality to ensure that you are kept informed and abreast of all costing.

Flat roof repairs may be possible if the problem is localised, but if a roof is showing signs of wear and tear, it is best (and long term more cost effective) to replace the whole roof.

We use high performance felts manufactured by Anderson, Ruberoid & Marley.

All roof decking boards are plywood OSB grade 3, and not chipboard which is amazingly still used by some contractors and does not meet the current building regulations.

All flat roofs come with a 10 year guarantee with an expected life span of fifteen to twenty years.
